Return and Refund Policy

Any orders made on Paalam may be canceled by you within seven (7) days without providing any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is seven (7) days from the date on which you received the product, or in which a third-party of your appointment (besides the carrier), takes ownership of the item.

To carry out your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You may message us at kumusta@paalam.ph.

We will reimburse you within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received the returned item. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order, and there will be no fees for the reimbursement.

Condition for Returns

The following conditions must be met for the item to be eligible for reimbursement:

  • The item was bought in the last seven (7) days
  • The item is in its original packaging

The following items may not be returned:

  • The items were tailored for your specifications
  • The item is, by nature, not suitable for return (deteriorates rapidly or has a surpassed expiry date)
  • The item was exposed to unsanitary or unsafe conditions
  • The item was inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Paalam has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above standards.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. You may send the item to the following address: UB, 111 Paseo de Roxas Building, Legazpi Village, City of Makati, Fourth District, National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines, 1229.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during shipment. We recommend using a trackable courier. In addition, we are unable to issue a refund without proof of received return delivery.
